Alongside Mary, Claire, Martin (and Woody of course) our team consist of our wonderful interns, kickstarters, finance and payroll, legal, social media marketers, research development and our IT and website team – without whom we could not be who we are as a business!
Claire is the Director of the company and has a close working relationship with all our athletes and clients.
She believes in building lasting connections. With a background in events and raising young energetic son, Claire's understanding of logistics and seeing the bigger picture is second to none!
Claire Rackham
Mary has over 20 years in event management and understands the importance of finding the perfect athlete at an event to match client's brief and budget, to ensure the success of the event as a whole.
When Mary is not at her desk, you can find her at her allotment!

Martin works closely with our elite athletes mentor programme and supports with presentation skills and development.
Martin has a passion to help and support others to fulfill their hopes and aspirations, and uses his years of experience to help clients create events to remember!

Chelsea is our assistant athlete agent and our social media guru! She helps clients source the perfect athlete for events and guides them through the process in a clear and friendly manner.

Chief Happiness Director. Woody is in charge of creative encouragement, wellbeing and exercise. Its a tough job but Woody stepped up to the role with a bounce in his step.
